The tricky thing about frozen drinks like this one is that you don't taste the alcohol. It can give such a fresh, innocent impression but it can sneak up on you. So be careful, and enjoy! <h4>Ingredients<br /><span style="font-weight: normal;">8 ounces high-quality vodka</span><br /><span style="font-weight: normal;">2 tablespoons fresh lime juice</span><br /><span style="font-weight: normal;">3 tablespoons superfine sugar, plus more to taste</span><br /><span style="font-weight: normal;">1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed</span></h4><h4>Instructions<br /><span style="font-weight: normal;">Combine all the ingredients in a blender full of ice cubes and blend until the contents achieve a uniform frozen consistency. Add more sugar periodically as needed, or until the mixture is just right. Serve in champagne flutes. </span></h4><h4 style="font-weight: normal;">Source: <a href="http://www.colincowie.com/">Colin Cowie</a></h4>Doel123http://www.blogger.com/profile/17824549269119403874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3914321540376911573.post-35611812235980951912011-09-16T08:05:00.000-07:002011-10-30T15:21:04.382-07:00Happy Hour: Chocolate Martini<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.colincowie.com/files/recipes/ChocMartini-med.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 289px; height: 392px;" src="http://www.colincowie.com/files/recipes/ChocMartini-med.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingredients</span><br /><br />1 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur<br />1 shots Crème de Cacao<br />2 shots of vanilla vodka<br />2 shots half-and-half<h4>Instructions</h4><p>1.
