Miami Shoot - Our Favorites

Well, Trish is flying somewhere over Florida right now... she's left me for a fun filled family vacation. I find this completley unfair. Melissa just finished retouching some of our very tropical
photos from the Miami shoot - and looking at them cheers me up on this really gloomy day. These are some of the shots that the hotel (Atlantic Stars) is going to use in their publication.
Cool!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Here we are at Denise and Bob's wedding. (see the blog below)... We had an amazing year in 2007. So many great couples and fun times. We are so looking forward to the next season and more friends and photos! Thanks everyone for a snaptastic year!

Denise and Bob New Year's Eve 2007

Denise and Bob's wedding had everything!.... A gorgeous bride, who magically turned into the cutest snow baby- when she put on her furry cape and her fuzzy hand warmer, a beautiful dramatic ceremony at the Cathedral in Providence, sparkly flowers by Semia, a nervous but adorable dog, kazoos and confetti... quite a recipie for a super fun evening and a great way to bring in the New Year!!! It was freezing, but that didn't stop anyone from having a good time and everybody was dancing and sweating like mad on the dance floor. It was hard to resist not busting out a few moves- especially during the fun 80's music. Trish and I are notorious 80's music afficionados ..... but we spared everyone that experience. Thanks to Denise and Bob for a great night and setting the tone for a great season in 2008!

Erin and Ian December 30, 2007

There were so many fabulous touches and cool moments at Erin and Ian's wedding. I met the girls at the Hotel Viking for some getting ready photos- and Trish went on the trolley with the boys to the Black Pearl (a favorite summertime hangout). Summer it wasn't, but the weather was cooperating and we managed to eek out some photos outside in the last of the evening light- which is very blue, love it! Erin wore a gorgeous silvery ribbon around her waist with a beautiful antique brooch that her mother found on ebay and turned into a little belt. All of the bridesmaids had antique brooches on their bouquets to match. Erin also carried a silver horseshoe for good luck- it seems to aleady be working. Stoneblossom did the flowers- and they were gorgeous, Erin was thrilled with them. At the ceremony, everyone was given a candle, and at the end they were lit- which made for amazing photos, very festive. I thought the monogramed doors at Belle Mer were a really nice touch. Thank you to Ian and Erin for enduring the cold to get that outside photo of the bridge at night. We told you it would be worth it! Everyone danced like maniacs and snacked on mini grilled cheese and french fries until midnight- what a party!
